Background
Building trust in a digital-first healthcare experience
Nova Health needed a website that could clearly communicate medical services while feeling calm and approachable. Their existing site felt outdated and made it difficult for patients to quickly find essential information such as services, doctors, and appointment options
As a healthcare brand, trust was critical. The challenge was to present complex medical information in a way that felt reassuring and easy to understand without overwhelming users
Problem
The old site listed services and doctors, but booking still meant calling the front desk during office hours, then waiting on hold. Half the questions were just “do you have anything today?”
For the clinic, that's a receptionist answering the same question all day. For a patient with a 15-minute lunch break, it's often reason enough to just not bother
So how do you turn ten phone calls into two taps?
Approach
Book like you'd book a table
- A three-step flow — service, time, confirm — with real slots instead of a contact form
- Disabled slots shown, not hidden — so a patient never taps into a dead end
- A doctor grid with specialty, rating and years of practice, so the choice feels informed, not random
- A calm, clinical palette — soft teal and sky blue — so booking a doctor feels as low-stress as booking a haircut

Resultsend
A clear, patient-friendly website built for ease and confidence
I redesigned the site around one thing: a patient in a hurry. Clean layout, obvious hierarchy, nothing to decode
The design comes down to two screens: a three-step booking flow with taken slots shown, not hidden, and a doctor directory with specialty, rating and years built in — picking a doctor takes seconds, not a phone call. Built in Framer, so the clinic's team edits content without touching code
