A 24/7 assistant built into this very page: it answers in the visitor's language, quotes the real packages and delivers qualified leads to my inbox — the same system I build for clients

A website that answers back
Most business sites greet every visitor with the same static page and a contact form. The form converts a fraction of them: everyone else leaves with their question unanswered — at night, on weekends, in a language the owner doesn't speak
I wanted this site to behave the way I tell clients their business should: answer instantly, in any language, with real prices — and only then offer a call
The brief to myself was simple: a visitor with a vague idea — “can you automate my hotel?” — should get a concrete, honest answer in under a minute, budget included, and leave a contact if it fits
Can a portfolio sell while I sleep?
Design-first, product-grade
- Answers only from my real services and prices — with an honest “this won't pay back” filter built in
- Multilingual by default — Spanish, English, Russian and more, in the visitor's language
- Leads land in the same inbox as the site form — the conversation is the form
- Daily limits and a visible human handoff — GDPR and the AI Act in mind
- Motion carries the story — a phone rides an envelope, scenarios fan out as a deck, the process runs as a chain-reaction machine
- Proof you can check — one verifiable 5.0 rating and scenarios honestly labeled as examples
solution?
I did —
01/04
A real conversation — no scripts
A real question from the screenshot, asked on the live page — and the assistant answers like a consultant: a concrete first move, what it covers, one honest caveat about volume, and a qualifying question back. Rotating intro phrases speak before the visitor types a word

02/04
It sells the same packages as the page
The assistant quotes the same seven packages published on the page — from the €800–1,200 two-week pilot to the €4,000–8,000 knowledge-base assistant — so the chat and the pricing never contradict each other. A free audit and an AI-visibility check lower the first step to zero commitment

03/04
Scenarios as a deck of cards
Five scenarios — tourist apartments, a dental clinic, an accounting firm — fan out as an interactive deck with autoplay and custom illustrations. Each is openly labeled as an example, not a client story; next door sits the only testimonial that can be checked: a verified 5.0

04/04
Product-grade on every screen
Most SME owners meet the page on a phone, so mobile isn't a shrunken desktop: the chat becomes its own card, the seven packages snap-scroll as carousels, and a sticky audit pill follows the scroll. Two screens, one journey — from question to the packages that answer it

Live since July 2026 — iterated in production
In production on this site: answers in 3+ languages, the real packages, an honest volume filter — and leads delivered to the same inbox as the contact form. The September rework turned the page into a scroll-driven story — envelope scenes, a scenario deck, a process machine — with the assistant at its centre
The proof stays checkable: one verified 5.0 rating instead of a wall of invented quotes, scenarios labeled as examples. In the Spanish version a self-serve automation diagnostic takes over where a live assistant would be overkill
This case is itself the “Website + assistant” package (€1,500–3,500): custom design, own AI engine. Every client build starts from this exact, battle-tested system
